I currently have a Gintani Catless X-Pipe with the Gintani Hybrid Rear and a Gintani Tune and I couldn't be happier. I was beating my head against a wall trying to decide betwen all the different sounds and finally decided to go with an exhaust that makes the M3 sound like it's supposed to...... a V8! The exhaust is a mix between Gintani's Race and Sport exhausts. Its loud when you step on it and relatively quiet when your not. It sounds amazing in M mode which just amplifies your down shift. I have had several people ask me to roll down my window to ask me whats under the hood and that the car sounds like a NASCAR. The look of the exhaust is extremely aggressive and makes the stock exhaust looks as if it hasn't go through puberty yet! I can't say enough about the deep gorgeous sound that Gintani is able to produce! I am sure that the catelss x-pipe has a lot to do with it but the rear section is amazing. Some people complain about the "race look" exhaust because it is single walled. IMO it makes the whole rear end stand out and scream " I GO FAST". Anyway, I am finishing up the rest of my mods this weekend and will post some videos and pics in case anyone is considering Gintani. Great turn around time on the exhaust, great price, awesome customer service, and just overall a great experience with my first mod.
______________

Curious if you still have this exhaust and if you have a video to post?

Sorry I decided to keep my exhaust and have it ceramic costed. Not enough interest when I needed it. Thanks though.
Thanks for posting the video...helps those of us stranded without other M3s to listen to...
Perhaps I need to do an update. I can add a video of Dinan Catless mid-pipe combined with a Dinan rear exhaust section as well as an Akra Full Evo exhaust and Remus Race.

The issue is my YouTube account only lets me post a 10 min video max. Anybody know where I can host a longer video or wants to volunteer to host an updated video after I make it?
Remus Exhaust street sounds great.

I wonder if Quicksilver makes a setup for our rides? I did a quick search for Quicksilver and they appear to have something for an M6 but that's about it.

Also I notice on youtube that Tubi makes a setup for the E9x's. That might be worth checking out.
Is the Meisterchaft GT2 a cat delete or just cat back? It seems loudest and deepest sound.
The GT2 is just the rear section running the stock cats.
Wow, lots of Meisterschaft GT2 love in here! Thanks guys!

If anyone has any questions feel free to contact us :)

So I just bought my first E92 m3 (always drove s4s) and want to know if anyone has any recommendations for exhaust systems. Also, do people usually do everything from the manifold back or just cat-back?
Thanks.
I’m in the market for an axle back and want to thank frankzlin for his awesome post.

I looked at Dinan through the dealership and ruled it out as too tame.

Tried to get a Meisterschaft GTS, but the lead time is at least 8 weeks.

The Gintani Race is about 2 weeks, but I can get the Gintani Sport basically overnight.

The Sport is being described by Gintani as loud when you want, but very little drone.

I haven’t heard it in person, but I’m tempted to order it. Anyone that can

chime in on whether the sport has the same deep tone on idle etc?

Thanks:)

Thanks for the feedback;)

I can't go catless due to emission testing. :(

PS: Your car is amazing!
For those of you with the Eisenmann Sport, do you feel it is loud and aggressive enough? The Eisenmann Race sounds great but I am concerned it is a little too loud for daily driving...

Any videos of the Eisenmann Sport with Challenge X-Pipe?
