\|/ Eclipse Detailed: Various High-End Cars (LA & OC, CA) \|/
Eclipse Motors offers the finest detailing services in both Los Angeles and Orange Counties, with occasional tours performed in the southern CT/NYC areas. Our price list is below, and while these prices are more expensive than other detailers in the area, the old adage "you get what you pay for" certainly applies to our work. No one can match the level of detail seen in our finished products. We take particular pride in our polishing capabilities, offering concourse-level finishes to even the most damaged coats of paint.
Details performed in the LA area will be completed at either our premises (Sunset and Highland near Grauman's Chinese Theater) or the owner's location of choice, while details in the OC area must be done at the owner's location of choice. PRICE SHEET: Wash, clay bar, minor paint correction, wax, seal: $350 Wash, clay bar, full paint correction, wax, seal: $450 and up depending on severity of paint damage/time to complete job __________________________________________________ PORTFOLIO: Audi: Adam's 2009 Gray Audi R8: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...&postcount=103 BMW: Mark's 2008 SSII E92 M3: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...15&postcount=2 Rick's 2008 AW E92 M3: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...22&postcount=3 Marshall's 2008 SG E92 M3: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...24&postcount=4 Don's 2008 SB E60 M5: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...31&postcount=5 Powder's 2008 IB E92 M3: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...37&postcount=6 Dan's 2008 SG E92 M3: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...49&postcount=8 Zack's 2007 SB E92 328: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...9&postcount=52 Rich's 2009 JB E92 M3: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...0&postcount=65 Dave's 2008 MR E92 M3: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...2&postcount=81 Sam's 2004 CB E46 M3: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...&postcount=111 Porsche: Matt's 2007 White Carrera S: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...5&postcount=38 Eddie's 2007 Midnight Blue Carrera S: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...2&postcount=93 Last edited by Eclipsis; 02-10-2009 at 01:07 AM. |

Original thread that includes comments: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=185743 This is OC kid's 2008 SSII M3. Overall, the car was in pretty good shape when it arrived. The CF roof on the other hand was a mess. The resin the roof uses is extremely sensitive to any type of contact compared to the clear coat on the rest of the car. The video in the above link illustrates the transformation the roof went through after several passes of Megs M105 and SIP. Ignore the bits of lint on the right side of the roof, as they were wiped off immediately after the video was taken. ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Eclipsis; 02-09-2009 at 11:01 PM. |

Original thread that includes comments: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=184898 This is user rickc's 2008 AW M3. The paint was dull, had minor swirling, waterspots, and bird dropping etchings. The job took approximately twelve hours. ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Eclipsis; 02-09-2009 at 11:16 PM. |

My car's twin: 08 Space Gray on Fox Red M3! This was a much easier job. The car wasn't prepped when my client picked the car up three months ago. Thankfully he had washed the car properly since then, so all that was needed was some claying and light polish. JetSeal109 and CG 50/50 were applied at the end.

Even though this is practically a brand new car, the paint showed swirls, RIDS, and extremely dull paint from driving in lousy Northeast winter weather.

This is user h1d's 09 E92 M3. It came to me basically in perfect condition, with only a light claying, wax, and sealant needed. Finished this detail at about 9 PM, so not too many pictures came out correctly thanks to the darkness. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Amazing work. My question is this. How often does one need to do this to maintain that brilliant look to the paintjob?
