Xcellere Detailed: OC kid's 2008 SSII M3 - M3 Forum 2011 2010 BMW M3 2009 BMW M3 BMW E90 M3 E92

This is OC kid's 2008 SSII M3. Overall, the car was in pretty good shape when it arrived. The CF roof on the other hand was a mess. The resin the roof uses is extremely sensitive to any type of contact compared to the clear coat on the rest of the car. The video below shows the left half of the roof unpolished, and the right half polished. It illustrates the transformation the roof went through after several passes of Megs M105 and SIP. Ignore the bits of lint on the right side of the roof, as they were wiped off immediately after the video was taken.

Tire brush used to remove debris and old tire dressings.

Swirling and RIDS on carbon fiber roof.

After claying just the roof.

Left side polished, right side unpolished.

Entire roof polished.

JetSeal left to sit overnight.

Taillights polished.
