Hopefully someone with a Jerez black can post pics soon. I'm quite torn between the old and new.

So does this mean that the taillamps won't flicker anymore, or is there still something I have to do from my side once I get them?

After you get it coded, there won't be any more flickering.

Can we pay for the entire retrofit kit now, offset the installation and coding until the Black Lines become available, and then pay any difference in cost for the lights if there is a price delta between them in order to get grandfathered into this promotion?

I have a JB e92. I'll post pics when I have more time to take pics of the car. I have really bad iPhone pics as I did the install at night.

I'm not sure I fully understand your question, the BlackLines have not yet been released in the US. This is for the OEM lamps only.

2 questions:

1. Is the flasher red or orange (amber)? In Australia, we need the Euro spec amber flasher (ie turn indicator).

2. Is this a simple plug and play installation? ie rip out the old tails, replace with the new ones?

We have Red turn signals in the US with all LCI models, US dealers cannot import Amber lamps due to DOT certification.

Exactly - no cutting or splicing is required, total install time is approximately 20 minutes.
