Pretty much the only "performance" part on the M3 I am worried about is the brakes....sure 14" rotors sound good....but single piston brakes....come on thats weak...my 20 year old Porsche has 12" 4 piston brembos at EVERY corner...& that thing STOPS...never faded them at the track, even with worn pads!

Two piece rotor with aluminum hat weighs less than one piece cast rotor. Four piston StopTech or Brembo ST40/F40 caliper weight less than stock caliper. Look up the respective weights of both on the web and you will see significant savings in weight by going with a similar sized BBK.

Obviously depends on the size and shape of the hump. I find most don't slow me down.

I haven't had a problem yet, but if I think there might be a clearance issue I always use the sport mode.
