Two blown cars are coming tomorrow? I might have to take you up on the track event next weekend.

I'll bring my wife's blow dryer and stick it in the engine bay somewhere to join the blown club for today's event. All I'll need now is some recordings of different BOV's on a single track and loop it.

When you get those recordings done, send them over to BMW to help them out with their Active Sound effort.

Well it was great seeing everybody! If anybody ever wants to revisit the route we took, here it is: https://goo.gl/maps/zonQR. I thought it would make a good mix of higher speed areas (mostly for the SC'd cars ) and tighter twisty roads to enjoy some cornering. We ran into traffic a couple times in areas where passing wasn't really feasible, but for the most part we had the roads to ourselves. Let's not wait this long to do it again!

I had a nice time meeting everyone and seeing the work you all have put into your cars.
Sorry for any drool that hit the inside of the blown engine bays. Next time both myself and the baby will wear bibs. |
