Need help on leasing

Hey Guys,

Im looking to get into an M3 coupe, figured I would lease it for 36-39 months. Although I need help on what monthly price I should expect.

M3 Coupe
Alpina White
Fox Red Leather $950
Carbon Trim $500
Technology Package $3250
Premium Package $2000
Heated Seats $500

MSRP comes to $66,325 incl. Destination and gas guzzler.

1500 down payment at 36 months, 12,000 annual milage comes to $961 on Bmwusa.com , How accurate is this? What can I expect to pay monthly for a car like this?

Thanks all.

with 7 MSD, you should be at 900-950 a month

you should look at financing the car since it's at 1.9% right now which is really good.

it was 4.9% when i ordered the car few months back, lol

Not bad, I dont think? I could finance a vette for that though, which is my other option. always loved the M3 though! Id rather lease a M3 anyway, I tend to swap cars every 3-4 years.

7 MSD = 7 monthly payments, and you get it back at the end of the lease.

How do MSD's work if I would transfer the lease to someone mid term? do they still keep them until the end or do I get them back and the new lessee would have to do their own security deposit?

Ah, and I was thinking od putting 7 MSD down. Good to know. Can you explain how transfering a lease works just so I know. Do you just find to person thats going to take over your lease and we pay for the transfer.

I put my 06 330i on swapalease, I had the buyer pay the $400 application fee and my security deposit was sent to him at the end of the lease. You can offer an incentive if you really want to move the car quicker. As long as the new buyer is approved by BMW FS they handle all the paperwork, they send you what you need to sign and they send it to the new owner. Easy process and in the end you are fully resolved of any legal/financial responsibility to the vehicle.
