The hole in the carbon cooling plate is centered half way between the rotor center hat and inner rotor face, but seems like air would want to move back toward the center hat when the car is at speed.

Did the Burkhart kit include the spacers that go in between the backing plate and the spindle?

Follow-up... The Aliexpress specials DO NOT fit. I tested them on my storm uprights I have sitting waiting to be installed, and they are not even close to lining up properly.

They fit just fine on my stock car.

must be different ali flavors out there, or they adjusted the production run.

yeah, i'm running that bbk and it wouldn't even fit between the rotor and the knuckle, let alone have a clearance.

there's no single ali plate, so anything any of us measure doesn't mean anything for you. if you read the thread you'll see we had one person where it fit and another (me) where it didn't.

Yeah I was looking at the first link that fit. I guess there's no harm trying the cheaper option with all the tariff bs going on between the US and Canada...

If these dont work out, I've got mine for sale. Made by HARD Motorsports, they fit perfectly, and i wont charge you a tariff!

It’s been a minute but I distinctly remember swapping for a ridgeline lip specifically because of this.
