Yes, this is an old thread created when those were not on the market, they are the same ones sold by ATH in 2022 linked earlier in this thread.

You are welcome for highlighting this issue and helping to create awareness so that a vendor saw an opportunity/need and brought this new product to market to fill a gap.

I will be replacing my valve covers soon. If I'm understanding correctly, purchasing the NRW grommets allow me to reuse the bolts. The bolts are a reusable item, correct?

Correct, the NRW grommets are used with your existing bolts, no need for new bolts.
