Very cool! I am actually very interested in this but what is involved with lowering the engine to lower the center of gravity. Engine mount, header, transmission, shifter (6MT)? As is, these dry sump system is more likely to raise the center of gravity as it's probably impossible to mount the 9L of oil lower than where it is currently right now. Would definitely want to know more. Thanks in advance.

The race guys who use dry sumps talk about lowering the engine, so we made sure it was possible with this design. I don't know what's involved to lower the engine.

Where can I get a dry sump like the one in the photos I have a Z4 GT3 and the M3 dry sumps won't fit with my engine mounts or exhaust manifolds
