Test fitted these new2me rims... I said before I wouldn't buy used rims, not because they used but because typically the price point doesn't make sense on anything desirable... I really like these and planned on having them repainted but after receiving the luster is stunning and I think I'm finally done trading in wheels... thanks to @hnim for the hook they old but gold.. happy 4th boys!!

I did these a few weeks ago, pre installed as well. The changed connection the car has to the road is subtle but absolutely noticeable, even on the street. Only a few hundred miles a year, but all fun miles (e.g. driving for the sake of driving, with no real destination). I use the Tesla for the boring miles to/from work, road trips, errands, etc.

I spent the last 30 minutes searching this forum and Google for "GAS ball joint" and didn't find a description or link. I did find Lemforder non-liquid upgrade on Turner Motorsport, but not GAS. Can you provide a link? Thx!

working on rebuilding my caliper... does any use the solid guide pin bushings that BW or Turner sells? Or should I just go with stock rubber bushings?

Are you going to be tracking car? If so yes use brass calipers bushings. If no? Don't. They need to be greased and cleaned. It's easy enough to do this when you're swapping between track and street pads, bleeding fluid etc. if you're not wheels off every other month (at least) and it's a dd you're gonna have a bad time.

German auto solutions is what you want to search. It's basically the Dinan monoballs (the best design for these) without the Dinan tax. I've never read where someone has installed GAS and then went to another brand because they weren't up to par. Same can't be said about other brands though.

More like casual track days and hill climb, but mostly DD. The OE rubber sets are like ~$100 for all 4 brakes.. and the solid kit is also $100 ish from BW/ECS. Kinda tempting on why going with rubber stuff.

The original subs broke the copper wire so I installed my Bavsound Ghost Subs then promptly took the ol girl out for a spin with some BBC Radio One. It's nice to have some bass again

As long as you can be bothered to pull the pins, clean and relube them and spray out the bushings you're fine.
