Engine mount advice.

In my experience when motor mounts are dying , you will feel the engine vibrations in the cabin when in gear at a stop light. It's not as noticible when cruising.

Just installed the Vibra-Technics when I did the rod bearings, and I highly recommend them. Barely noticeable and idle and not noticeable at all while moving. Some of the DCT clunking went away as well.

Might want to check your transmission mounts as well (they are rubber).

oddly, although my engine mounts were worn the tranny ones seemed brand spanking new

So were mine when I did my bearings and engine mounts at 47k, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to have him check his just in case.

Bumping this old thread to let people know there's a Group Buy going on for the Vibrant Technic mounts. We're a couple people away from 30 orders for $250 shipped. They normally run around $300 depending on tax and shipping.
