Turbo or Supercharger?
Hey Guys. I have been doing some research about turbo vs supercharger.
I dont know what way to go and what is better. I am aiming on 600 hp and reliability. Can you tell me the pros and cons and wat way you would go for. A friend tells me all the time to go turbo. I am just afraid it could be pure trouble.

If you are the first one attempting to put a kit together from scratch it will be a hassle as you are the one getting parts fabricated and figuring out tuning and so on.

Supercharger. $8k
Turbos. $20k+ Unless you're in pursuit of 1000hp. Then supercharger.

You mentioned a set HP level you are looking to achieve. Go SC IMO. I haven't seen anyone running a turbo kit, but many with SC setups. The cost of turbo is stupid and I can't even imagine what it would be like to install. You'd probably be 23k into the setup with no info from other to go off of in the future.

The owner has gone single supercharger. He was always ripping belts with the two chargers. Regarding HP it would be super to go to 800 hp in the future. The question is if it is possible with a Supercharger.
