So this happened this morning...
After a trip to the Home Depot and El Pollo Loco, this happened. A lady in a Lexus NX failed to stop coming out of the driveway of the shopping center and rear ended me. After getting out of our cars and looking at our bumpers kissing each other she had the nerve to say she didn't hit me, got back into her car, and wanted to drive away. The pictures tell a different story. After I flagged down a witness (whom's info I got) the lady got out of her car and finally admitted to hitting me. The damage isn't too substantial, which is good. There is only a small dent in the bumper that I'm assuming a body shop or dent removal professional can pop out.
On a more positive note, 50% off Kingsford charcoal at the Home Depot! $9.98 for 2 18lb bags. |

Johnny Depp would have hit her with his cell phone, and given her a black eye.

"Whom's" -- that's a new one for "whose".
Sorry about the incident OP. Other person probably meant they didn't hit you in the sense that there wasn't any real damage. If the paint is intact, probably not even worth going through insurance especially if you currently have a no-claims discount. And yeah what's with these photos? Low resolution is one thing, but why all the white space? Did you paste them into a Word document or something?

Not sure about the photos. I uploaded them directly from my computer. I'll try adjusting the size and re-uploading them. Last edited by leopard print; 05-29-2016 at 10:20 AM.. |

That was the most irritating part of it along with her trying to get back into her car and drive away. That's when I flagged down a witness to get as much leverage on my side in case she tries to pull something shady. Who knows, maybe she'll try to claim I backed into her.

I'm horrified that you are using kingsford when there are so many great Lump Charcoal brands on the market now. OH yeah.... sorry to hear about the bumper.
