I'm the guy with the PS pump that started failing after installing the pulleys. I've got RE pullies, and would do it again in a heart beat. Great MOD! You don't really feel the 10 extra whp as much as you feel how much faster the car revs! That was a HUGE difference. Air filter, Pullies, test pipes, and tune, totally transformed my car! Pulled on a CTS-V on the streets, and now top out on the straight away on track at 155-160mph, vs 143mph stock +air filter.
It's just advisable to change the PS pump when you do this, especially if it's got some miles on it. After that, set your mind at ease, and buckle up! ![]()
