Remote tuned
Not his tune
The fact OP is still defending the injector testing is ridiculous. Did you change the injectors? no then the test wasn't even necessary as you used ESS' stuff still

In addition to all of the details that have been brought forward, its easy to see who is still on BPMs payroll. Sorry you spent money for a 3rd or even 4th party product, but it happens

The reviews of his products and services back this opinion. Those who don't have his product or vendors in direct competition are the only people stirring up drama on the forums. I've had my car tuned by three different companies and currently have my supercharger tuned by VF. Even though my car is no longer tuned by BPM, Mike still helps me out with car coding and technical questions.
You do realize this would be fraud right?
Wrong, tunes have no IP protection.

What would prove that he in fact did the testing? I have literature to share With you however I don't think it would be fair to disclose information that mike spent money for to assure the proper injector scaling.

Does anyone have Mike Benvo's cell phone? I need some help with a startup...

I am interested in launching a Tuning, Coding and Retrofit company in Chicago and would love to have Evolve and ESS's (VF, Gintani, whoever really) unlocked files to resell to customers for a profit after I rename the file and do some minor tweaking no one would even notice... As a bonus, I will undercut their pricing by half...

Inbox me whatever you want and I will start gathering the stolen files from whichever vendors you prefer...

I will fill out my vendor/ sponsor paperwork for all necessary forums as soon as I sell 5-10 of these packages.

I look forward to giving out my cell phone number to anyone and everyone to make it appear I have a legitimate company. When in actuality all I have is a cell phone.

Thanks!

lol of course, leave it to benvo BPM and now the customers to NOT disclose the information they have.. par for the course actually

regardless, lets say you prove me absolutely wrong about the injectors. that does nothing to save the fall from self-proclaimed almost grace BPM and Benvo have take in a short amount of time.

How odd that this viral bomb drop happens to benvo, who is connected to powerchip, who also had a similar viral experience not long ago with the doorstep gearboxing

http://www.deathinc.com.au/index.php...=10355.0;imode

Its been a very entertaining last few days. As much as none of us like to see people and business suffer, its the right thing when the business was and is operating under false pretenses or only gained ground because of shady or back-handed dealings so they brought it upon themselves

He did really well, he provided coding for some great features, his customer services is fantastic, and I think he did pretty well. He had a good thing going. I think it is only natural to expand what you offer, but although there might be no legal consequences in copying a tune, and passing it off as his own, you have to deal with the calculated fallout when people find out. And he knows that better than anybody. This isn't his first rodeo when it comes to tuning controversy.
I disagree with you. Is it a coincidence that the same folk who are stirring the sh!t stick over there are doing the same here? I think most would think you'd be a fool to think so. I am positive that there are perception issues and misinformation issues coming from both sides, but I also believe there are self appointed soldiers for a cause in a concerted effort (and I'm never a conspiracy theorist).

These types of feeding frenzies disgust me, and the folks that want to further bloody waters on a person who doesn't even have the ability to defend himself - tells me reams about those people.

With the tune? This thread has gone to hell I don't even bother reading it anymore. A simple thread about MY personal experience with a specific tune has caused everyone to simultaneously go in their period. This is ridiculous. You want facts? Here they are-mike tuned it, running great, gonna post a dyno soon. Until then...put a tampon in.
Here's a dyno graph for ya.

I agree with what your saying, I believe every vendor/sponsor has someone like that, and this is something we see all the time. Yes there is two different sides of the story and we are most likely not going to see the full story. But this is something that needed to come out, I would be extremely pissed off if I found out that I spend 1k for a tune which wasn't necessary worth what I paid..

You would be wrong, and also ignoring the fact that Evolve is not posting here because benzo cant defend himself here. THAT speaks volumes and screams credibility- taking the fight, that they were dragged into, to benvos turf so that he has the opportunity to respond and still chooses not to says everything we need to know about who is lying and who is not

1. Since you have been reading the thread on the other site, you know that that question has already been answered. I will address it again here for those that haven't seen it. When I posted that there were before and after dynos, it was in regards to how the s/c tune was first made and not for this car in particular.

2. I don't know what the time frame was. I had the BPM tune well before I started working with Mike. And to address the real question that you are implying by asking this in the first place, Mike has a firm policy on not attempting to read another vendor's tune. To do so would take some effort. It's not as easy as pulling the file from a car and looking at it. Mike has never needed to do so and to my knowledge has never done so before.

Since I have been reading on the other site, that doesnt answer the question of where the dyno's are, before and after to show the BPM level of tuning that was applied to the original ESS tune- whcih is a deviation from your original comments earlier here

So your saying you cant tell us or dont have a receipt for the tune you purchased at full price from Benvo, and when your first paycheck from BPM came in?

Its obvious Evolve has email traffic from benvo asking to read files, your attempt to continually shy away or misdirect from that is petty.

fueling the drama is responding without posting the concrete data that was supposed to be, I would like to end it. Either they post what they said they had and shut us all up; we go back to an informational thread and discuss the tuning aspect

-OR- they refuse to post concrete/factual information but try to save face and respond without answering the requests and THAT fuels it.

A: I do not personally have access to the dynos at this time. They will be posted however. Not sure what you expect to gain from a dyno but it will be posted nonetheless whether it be by me once I have access to it or by Mike on the other site.

Q: So your saying you cant tell us or dont have a receipt for the tune you purchased at full price and when your first paycheck from BPM came in?

A: I purchased the Evolve tune 11/23/11. I started working with Mike in mid-2012.
You can continue to attempt to discredit me all you like but I can only state facts to information that I am privy to and nothing more. I do not have access or knowledge of emails between Sal and Mike.
