These will pair right up to the Pole Position, however if you have the NG version you wont use the side mounts included. These include everything you would need in order to mount up a race seat. I am running these in my M3 with a Sparco seat.

They do have the provisions for both the lap belt and the seatbelt receptacle. They will fit, however the e93 the upper seatbelt are fixed to the seat. You would need to run aftermarket harnesses with a cage or roll bar to attach the belts.
