For an E92, can I reuse the seatbelt mount from the stock seat? Also want to make sure I can loop the seatbelt recepticle through the hole rather than over the edge of the seat for proper 3-point use for a Recaro Pole Position.

OEM receptacle wont work that way through the seat hole opening. It is too rigid to bend and would be digging into your leg if you managed to get it though. I have seen people use a rear seatbelt buckle before to eliminate the tensioner if you want to run the belts that way.
