Not today, but I was lucky enough to get some track time to get to know the car on Saturday, and even better it was with an E92 M3 and 2x M2 comps. Overall, the consensus of the brakes being the weak part is very accurate, but it did really well overall for being bone stock, and I was definitely the weak area.
i got stoptech st-60 front brakes because i thought i was going to become some track star as soon as i took my e90m3 to the track ...
realized that i am the weakest link and it will be a long time before i can out drive this car
Being a dumb a$$ new M3 owner, bought Halogen Angel Eye bulbs for my LCI lighting package car... :bellyroll

Where do I get OEM LED bulbs so I don't have to buy LUX? I got these from ECS, maybe I'm just blind and can't find the LED's? I bought the car with LUX and one already died... would rather just keep OEM personally, unless there's suggestions besides LUX anyone has?

Really? Maybe I am tripping then. I could've sworn the stock angel eyes are white? I put those bulbs in and it was definitely yellow. Maybe I was just used to the LUX angel eyes?

nope. stock for e9x m3 is halogen. Now e92/e93 non-M LCI is LED from factory... to my knowledge those are the only e9x to have LED from the factory.

Interesting... Thanks for the clarification. I guess this is why my car had LUX to begin with

i'm probably going to get some brighter PIAA amber bulbs for the angel eyes
instead of going with the white

Can you send me a pic of how you made it happen with the kiddo? Just got the rocking news that my own mini me is on its way, so I need a strategy to make the e92 work for the emergencies when wife's suv doesn't work. I don't mind back pain. Back pain is for sissies. ;)

I had a rear facing seat in my e92 and it wasnt so bad (wife just had to sit forward a bit more). My little one is now in a front facing seat and can climb in & out herself, and wife can sit comfortably.

I just have a Graco rear facing car seat from target. Fits great back there. Behind the passenger seat. My wife sits back there with her behind me. I keep the power button off... most of the time...

I have not tried yet but if you turn the front passenger airbag off I believe it is legal to have your child in a rear facing seat it the front with you. I know it is with a two seater car. Would have to do.some research..
Congrat btw!!
Dropped off at BayOptiks for some headlight work.

I know I am getting old because all I do is ride around with the suspension in comfort most of the time.
Gave it a nice quick wash and took him out for a spin!!

Hey, where are they based? what type of headlight did you end up going with? my headlights are starting to piss me off but it looks like they have already been modified. wonder if the cover alone can be replaced?
Applied the second coat of beadmaker on the car and then admired it lovingly :)
