You could, but my experience on the track with stock rear calipers/rotors with DS2500 Ferodo rear pads was perfect. Rear calipers would be a waste of money. F80 calipers and rotors bolts right up if you want something cheap and pretty.

I have this kit as well, using stock sized PFC rotors, no issues with the calipers or brackets at all. I'm on a quest for more initial bite but I believe is a matter of finding the right pads for my needs. Other than the delivery wait, there was no issues with my order, Slonik replied all my emails promptly, better than some dealers stateside.
Had the brakes since December '17 and cosmetically there are no issues, paint has no fade, chips, blemishes.

I forgot which pads you're using, but Ferodo DSUno have pretty huge bite. Like unpleasant-on-the-street bite, IMHO.

I'll keep that in mind on my quest for pad nirvana. He shipped ds2500 for me, then went with race technologies pads, now waiting on hawk d70. Forgot all the model numbers, my bad.

I myself was looking for other pad options. Based on the shape he sent me these pads also should work with OEM rotors in this caliper:

Endless RCP117
Pagid 8081
Hawk HB631
Carbotech CT1395
Gloc GP1395

Slonik do you know that the F8x rear brakes just bolt up to E9x M3 rear hubs and fit perfectly if the F8x rotors are used? I’m wondering what the brake bias would be using that rear setup with your 6 piston front brakes and F8x rotors?

Just curious - Are there any options for the E46 M3 platform?

If so, mind providing options w/pricing?

Would be an interesting setup. Too bad the F8x fronts aren’t PnP.
This front setup does look nice, though! Tempted.

Slon, are these in fact R35GTR calipers?
How does weight compare to stock calipers?

Additionally, the packing is excellent. High density foam cut to fit the calipers beautifully, and all of the hardware sandwiched in-between surrounded by foam. Perfect.

well that won't work i would need a 355x32mm, thanks anyways.

we can make some 5mm spacers, to fit calipers on same brackets.
and also make rotor hats with correct height, to fit on your kit without any modifications.

390mm carbon rotors also have 60mm height pads, like on 380x34mm brembo gt kits.

Is this without use of a spacers?

I have a set of rays ZE40's 18" x 9.5 +20 wondering if this caliper will clear the rim with F8X ///M 380mm rotors?
