pic to sig //// How to put an image into your signature

How do I add a pic to the signature?

Click on SETTINGS (on the top bar) then click EDIT SIGNATURE in the left hand column. Then in the text box you can identify an image by clicking the yellow box with a mountain and sun in it.

well inside the [img-] box should be the URL to the image, so for example you should have [img-]http://www.e90post.com/image.gif[/img-]

i put a "-" after the word IMG just for display purposes, when you do it, take out the "-"

alternatively, if you give me the url to your image i can edit your account and put the correct signature for you

well yea it has to be a URL, the image has to be on the internet somewhere. It cant work from your harddrive because your computer isnt online 24/7. You have to get the image to the internet somehow (one of the free sig hosting sites for example) and then once you have the image on the internet, you can reference it in your signature.

Here are some sig hosting websites I found on a quick google search:

both of those seem to be really good, but if you cant get it to work, there are a million other image hosting sites. Let me know how it goes and if you need more help.

I put an image into my garage and linked that into my sig. Works just as well, although it says E90Post.com down the bottom.
