Thank God for both screwing up this time. I think Max would have gotten Charlie if not for the VSC.

That said I don’t know why more teams don’t try the harder compound to start the race when the car is much heavier. I get they want softs to gain or maintain position at the start. However, countless times I’ve seen drivers on low fuel and less weight go longer on softs and take positions back at the end. Lewis has done it to Charlie several times when starting out of position

The thing is we know that NOR has this more aggressive front suspension on as already described, and PIA hasn't, which required a different tub but he had this before at other tracks so why is he suddenly quicker here. It means they may have added on more upgrades which have not been disclosed yet as they should be to the FIA/stewards.

The Mexico Qualifying:

MAX vs Norris in the T8-T9 combination .
Norris was 28 km/h faster in T9. MAX lost in that section 0.2-0.3 sec.
Norris through T9 = 242 km/h - MAX through T9 = 214 km/h
MAX drifted coming out of T9 . MAX's RB21 setup at Mexico was a mess (!)

With Interlagos being much worse than Mexico in its location in marshland meaning unstable ground RB haven't much time in getting MAX's car compliant to the track raising the ride height probably close to Yuki's set up. I'm sure MAX,YUKI, Laurent and Wache with the rest of the team are hard at it juggling the set ups. Hoping for heavy rain?

It's still 10 days to go for the Brazilian GP . But I can see 60% (!)
