Good deal or not?

So I am highly interested in getting into an e92 m3 in either space gray or alpine white and I stumbled along this one in the link below and it seems like too good of deal for it to have such a clean carfax and for how low of mileage it has, let me know your thoughts? Ideally I would like an 09 and up with manual trans but this might be too good of a deal to pass up. Also I would most likely be buying site unseen or just have a 3rd party auto check company go check it out in person for me. Let me know what you think.

That is priced about right for an 08. seem legit

Yes, that's a good deal. Surprised they called it a "base" when it's well-optioned.

You might even get them to certify it - I'm guessing they didn't because of the low miles.

Fletcher Jones also gets a lot of traffic, so you might get a boarder to check it out for you. I'd do it, but I'm in SD not the OC.

Cole if you wouldn't mind when you have a second that would be awesome, only because your so close. Thanks a lot man, just curious as to the cosmetic condition of the paint and interior wear on the leather/bolsters. Not going to lie I haven't been able to find anything wrong yet but the car does seem extremely low for a zero accident car with such low miles and all the options included on this one. Carfax checked out and was clean and I had a buddy run an autocheck report which came up clean as well.
