Another Shitty service from stealership BMW OF ROCKVILLE/BMW VOB
I hate myself for going there …I know I know most people here never step foot there …but there are close to me bla bla bla …
well lesson learned I will not take my car there anymore Unknowledgeable service advisors/techs misinforming me of what I need on my car. Maybe this is how you make your money by lying to your customers. BMW OF ROCKVILLE you can suck my toe |

Steer clear of BMW of Annapolis too. I've had nothing but headaches with them as well. Passport on the other hand has always treated me well.

It's no longer VOB BMW. It changed ownership. A former member on these boards who's access to the forums was revoked for some strange reason even though he doesn't post here anymore works there. Although, he works in sales. The Service department has gotten a little better, but still has a long way to go. I know the sales department is excellent.

To switch where you get your car serviced, is it as simple as just setting up an appointment with another dealer? I have been going to Annapolis, and I haven't been impressed at all. I felt like I got better service from my Nissan dealer. I am thinking about either NorthWest or Passport.

you can go to any dealer you want to. All your car's maintenance and service history is in BMW's database which can be accessed at any BMW dealer.
