Painted Arkym Front Lip

So guys, I got into a bit of a umm, problem this past weekend where a bicycle landed on my umm, hood.

So I have an opportunity now, (since I have to fix my stupid hood) to paint my Arkym front lip. I know Bunn has or had a molded lip, and looks great.

Anyone have pics of a PAINTED BODY COLOR Arkym lip? I have a JzB e90 and I have painted grills etc...I just think my cf looks out of place.

I would tend to agree about CF not matching black. It's a weird yellowy green color. I say paint it to match. Sorry I don't have pics. My Arkym lip is gloss black but my car is IB.

Paint it. It will look 10xs better. To me a non painted CF lip is like putting on an unpainted bodykit part on your civic. Looks like shit, regardless.

Thanks for the input, i'm leaning towards the paint, since my grills are stock centers with painted sides, everything is painted and i have no CF.

but again, if there are some pics out there (i drained my iphone this morning trying to find pics on the way to work!, no luck!) that can be reassuring!

Oh bud, you need to powercoat those zcp wheels too, you have nothing in silver neither. maybe the exhausts tip as well.

hahaha I know... I think I'm just gonna refresh those silver ZHPs, i think i prefer them silver! last time my gf said your wheels are mad wide. lol makes me jelly.

one of those asshat NYC bicyclist HIT ME, I was stopped, and BOOM. this guy t-bones my front fender/bumper flies up, him and his bike lands right on my hood.

yeap, i wasn't even moving, this guy was riding his bike like it was a jet plane or something, busy sunday afternoon in SOHO, this guy was atleast going 20mph+

same here. I parked, looked out the mirror and looked back nobody in sight. Open the door BOOM guy slams into my door. Got everything fixed so i'm a happy camper.

Hey Advans, I have a Vorsteiner front lip painted jerez black, it is not an Arkym but it may help you to see how yours would look painted, see attached pics
