I am looking for the valve stem torque specs/settings for our cars...?

If it's the Beru TPMS, the spec is 4nm, or about 35 lb/in., or 3 lb/ft.

I assume he has the OE/Beru TPMS, which includes the valve. Both the valve-to-wheel, and the sensor-to-valve share the same torque spec. They need to be torqued to spec or you can screw up an expensive sensor.

At least those who installed their own and did not torque them enough, only to lose air the next day, and ruin a perfectly fine 265/40 PS2
