I am looking for the valve stem torque specs/settings for our cars...?

I assume he has the OE/Beru TPMS, which includes the valve. Both the valve-to-wheel, and the sensor-to-valve share the same torque spec. They need to be torqued to spec or you can screw up an expensive sensor.
