Any thoughts on March Residuals and Money Factors?

I am locked into February rates and hoping they get better in March. Any thoughts on the direction they will go?

Also - how long do you have the opportunity to lock into a possibly better rate/residual? Is it up until you sign the lease papers at time of pick up?

I believe the rates are locked in when the initial deal is done. I ordered a car and put money down and was told that my payment will not change so I assume the rates are locked in at that time.

The lock is for 90 days (usually enough for an order to come in) but can be changed at any time if it gets better-it's not like a mortgage where you get one opportunity to do so...at least this has been my experience

For east coast it is 60 days.

Still too early, usually would be posted after a week or so into the new month.

I just spoke to my CA, and currently for m3 coupe @ 36mos/10k, it's:

MF- .00175
Residual- 61%
