Would you rather own a modded car or supercar?
This thread is not meant to be taken seriously, its just a discussion me and some friends were having. We were talking whether you would own an extremely modded car such as lets say a Dinan M3 / Hurricane M5 or would you own like a Ferrari 458. Of course these are two different cars, but I have seen a lot of videos of tunner cars beating Lambos, SLRs, etc. I just thought I would ask you guys to see what you would rather have? Again not meant to be a serious discussion.

Supercar, especially if we're talking about F458. Speed is not everything. You can mod the m3 as much as you want, it won't look as good as F458 (to me). Or it won't rev to 9000rpm. Or it won't give 570bhp (in NA form). Also, you might be able to put fast steering, put all the controls on steering, but I'd prefer the way it came from Ferrari factory...

Supercar all day. I'm a grown man I can't be pulling up to the office with the exhaust roaring. A honda civic can be modded to 600+hp
Hard to believe money not being an issue, that people would choose an M3 over a 458.

haha, nicely done.
personally, I don't think I'd want to own a supercar. It takes an arrogant d-bag to drive a Ferrari and think that he deserves it. I couldn't do it without feeling like a total penis pump. I'd rather put that money toward another house or a nicer house. Porsche is as high as I would go brand-wise. Last edited by Brosef; 12-17-2010 at 08:20 AM.. |

there should be no desire to mod once you have the right car for you |

Wow what a thread.
A Dinan M3 over a Ferrari 458? A modded car over a supercar??? Jesus Are you out of your mind? ![]() Who cares if a modded car will "beat" a car like a 458 or other "exotic", how old are you guys? 18 and stoned? Haha ![]() ![]() ![]() A 458 is not a Supercar btw, it's simply an Exotic - a Supercar is a Pagani Zonda or an Enzo kid.
