High Flow Cats

Still learning here so please don't crucify me. I am new to the e90 world.
Bought a 2011 e90 as a project with 80k miles on in. The car had a valvetronic cat back. I replaced the mid pipe with Macht Schnell pipe with PLM HFC. CEL i can deal with but the smell is horrible. My F90 only has two HFC cats left and there is no smell at all. Any recommendations for other HFC?

TIA

means those PLM HFCs are doing a terrible job of scrubbing the exhaust gasses. I would replace them with something like a GESI. Or I know people who have used the OEM secondaries and weld them in place.

Is Gesi pretty good? I found a part number that may work. 50022.
The car sounds amazing, almost pissed at downshifts and I don't want to take away too much of it.

their universal line of 300 or 200 cell cats work great in clearing up the smell.
Don't worry if you are placing them in the secondaries position you won't lose that downshift bark.

Thanks man. I appreciate it.
I saw that you are a distributor of mr12Volt. I just added it to the car.
Question: when I get a phone call it connects through mr12volt and I can hear the person, but they can't hear me. I have to go to the phone options and quickly change the phone call to car's bluetooth. Do you know if there is a way to pre-set it?
TIA
