Talking 760 xDrive on Lease Trader - Good Deal?

Is this a legit website and is this a good deal for a 2024 760 xDrive?
It seems to have even the B&W Diamond Audio... and decent miles left on the lease with about a year and some change left on it.

https://www.leasetrader.com/listing/...e-Sedan-385512

I looked up the VIN and it has pretty much everything except that rear entertainment screen/recline system.

A $1328/mo payment after $5000 from seller is below what BMW would lease for roughly a fully loaded 760 minus the rear entertainment package, right?

What are people's experiences with LeaseTrader? Is it a legit business?

Just my $.02:

I have delt with swap a lease and they are legit. I would assume the same for lease trader.

Are you sure this is really a good deal: $1328 a month for a 2 year old car? In a few months, when the 2027 come out, this car will be three years old.

When you put back the $5,000 into the lease, the payments come to $1622. That is the starting point. If you feel that $1622 was a good deal, I suspect it was not, then getting another $5,000 off may make sense. If $1622 is not a good deal, then getting $5,000 probably does not.

Many people overpay on their lease, want to get out of it, and offer an incentive: that incentive only brings their lease payment down to where it should have been in the first place.

Also check out your state and how they deal with sales tax on a lease car: when you go to register the car there will be sales tax. In New York for example, the sales tax is on the total of the remaining monthly lease payments. Our sales tax rate is 8.65%. If this deal is done in New York, that would be an additional $1947 in sales tax.

Also BMW may charge a processing fee.

Finally, if you really want this car and feel $5,000 is not enough, negotiate!

Hope this helps.
