M3 not detecting DCT

Hi guys

I recently rebuilt my engine due to a stuck injector, put the engine back into car and started it, engine ran fine but was in limp mode, I checked the codes and saw loads of codes for DKG, I tried checking dkg module codes but nothing, it didn’t detect the module at all.

Tried checking fuses, unplugged connector and re plugged, still nothing, no what to do next, is gearbox finished?

I removed the gearbox also, no repairs were done to gearbox,

Codes I have, EGS;

E094 - No message (display transmission data) from the electronic transmission control, receiver gear selector
present
switch, transmitter electronic transmission control/Sequential Manual Gearbox
SMG/twin-clutch gearbox

In DME;

CDB0 - Message (display, transmission data,
present
Ox 1D2) faulty, receiver
DME, transmitter
EGS/SMG/DKG

CDB4 - Message (transmission data, 0x3B 1) faulty, receiver DME, transmitter
EGS/SMG/DKG

CDB8 - Message (torque request,
DKG, 0xB8) faulty,
present
receiver DDE, transmitter
EGS/SGM/DKG

These are stand out codes I can see for dsc

Any advice please

Make sure all the plugs and wires look good all the way from the DCT connector to the DME box. It's easy to pinch the DCT pig tail against the firewall when removing the engine.

There's not a lot to it, the vast majority of the DCT functions are via CAN, I think there's only a handful of wires in the pigtail.
