Now that’s one M I’ll happily trade my 1 of 1 E82 135is for as long as it comes with manual. Low miles clean example of course. Something about that V8 even though I’m not a fan of Bimmer V8s and love to play it safe with their straight six. My M62B44TU on my 01 E38 7er had valve cover gaskets, upper and lower timing cover gasket Plus that infamous plastic timing chain guide. All that aside Just the idea of a flat plane crank with over 8000 RPM On a V8 sounds glorious. I can already hear that Symphony made by the exhaust at top RPM.

Doug is incentivized to hype up the secondary market due to his affiliation with carsandbids.

A lot of his material and reviews are mediocre at best.

Turn signal? You just tap in the same direction and it stops the blinker. Zero problems. In fact, some prefer it.

Fender vent - fake 😆
He’s wrong about the 6 speed/ clutch and shifting, as well. The G80 is an improvement overall.
When we all look back in time, the G80 is the high water mark. Punch, linear response, horsepower near 500.

The E92 or E93 was always my dream car, but could never afford the ‘right one’ back in the day. This being the limited UK 500 edition. Had to be mineral white with the red coral too.
When I finally had enough ££s I went for the F83. It just bettered the E series in so many ways. And so glad I did.
Although if I had a big enough garage I would be on the lookout for that E93 now.
