WTB: E90 M3 Axleback Exhaust (Dinan, Eisenmann, Akra, MPE, etc.)

Hello, I'm looking to replace my Megan supremo axle-back with a more refined option that is not extremely loud, but I am open to multiple options.

I would prefer a Dinan, Eisenmann Sport, Corsa, Akrapovic or MPE that someone is looking to sell and am willing to work with people on price with shipping to Illinois or local pickup in IL or near surrounding areas. I am open to E92/93 exhausts as well, I don't see the extended tips as a major concern.
