Tyre advice - 21"

I’m purchasing a 2020 X4 M Sport with a trye and wheel package. It will come with 21” wheels, but what should they run on? They are currently on 255 40 21 and 275 35 21, but I want to be sure that is correct before I seal the deal.

Guess my main concern is avoiding any issues from running them on the wrong trye

Discount Tires say the correct size is 245/40/21 front and 275/35/21 rear.
