Weekend trip

Last minute decided to take a drive up pacific coast to Carmel.
I guess a pre wedding anniversary trip. The date is February 4th and it will be our 42nd
In our second anniversary we stayed in Cambria Ca and ended going for all 4 Hearst Caslte tours. We stayed in the same motel and room this weekend. SeaOtter Inn on Moonstone Dr.
love it and the area really got cleaned up and accessible to all.
We drove up to Big Sur since it was opens for first time in 3 years. Referring to the Hwy 1 from Cambria to Carmel.
I charged overnight to 100% at hotel L2 free. That charge last up north to Big Sur then all the way back to Pismo Beach
Anyways here are some pics taken

Amazing pictures!

When we lived in Irvine, we drove to Napa each year. We drove up pch one time and down pch two times in my old 2013 335 msport. We did the typical stops on the way up. Utterly beauful.

im so jealous! I try to get up that way at least a few times each year. Monterey is one of my favorite places in the world. Hearst is always amazing no matter how many times you go and whatever tour you take.

I didn't know the 1 was all the way open now? So you can take it from Slo to Monterey now? If so ill have to do that in the next few weeks

Beautiful images, thanks for sharing! I've done the drive a few times, including in a Porsche 944, which was my very first car. Good times!

I don't care about your road trip ( jk beautiful pics) but tell me about this i5 (car look ssick). I bought new 2025 i4M50 last year, really wanted the i5(red) but couldn't find one. How was the comfort and how many miles per charge.
Beautiful and nicely done.

Well can’t say nothing bad it yet. Drive it like I stole it and they still chasing me. So milage may not reflex what it can really do. It work perfect for me since I travel with no rush and with dogs. So stopping at 120 miles max is no problem. Plus make the charging time much less. But again not nothing for us. But when I did try to test it on one of my trips I got just over 180 miles from 100% down to the 10% but was driving 80mph avg.
that was I70 Kansas to Colorado trip.
But over all I love this I had the i4e40 so the speed acceleration is beautiful.
Comfort well can’t complain after 67800 miles and no but sores. lol 😂
