I've updated some interior parts in my car inlcuding the wheel, so my stock wheel with 74k miles is for sale. No airbag, no trim, no paddles. Wheel is in good condition, most of it is in great condition, esp the tri stitching, but there is wear on the leather, esp up top like all wheels after enough sun - see pics

Good enough to be used as-is for most people and most cars, or a nice candidate for a re-wrap as the core is in great shape.
