18x10 ET25 - 275/35/18 - Street and Track

Been using 18x10 ET25, 275/35/18 for both street and track.
Front with 10mm spacer
Rear no spacer

Is this still the most popular street and track setup?

Yes and no. If you’ve owned the car while it was still in production, a lot of people still run the 18x10et25 and 275/35 (different spacer thicknesses and 285/35 or 285/30). If not, people are now running 18x10.5et22 or et27 with 295 tires (and different spacer thicknesses).

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

10mm spacer in front or back? If you run a square setup, the front track width gets wider relative to the rear axle.

You will want a 12mm spacer in the rear to maintain the track width.

It’s popular due to readly available 275/35 tire size. I personally have been running square setup for awhile now due to the fact that I can rotate tires. You definitely want to consider rear spacers as well. I run 5mm up front and 10mm rear. I also run a wing to make the rear planted since it’s a square setup.
