Only Code 2B0D - ICV?

Cars been going into Limp Mode on cold starts, which goes away after turning off and back on. Wouldn't happen on every cold start, but like 3 out of 5 so far.

Was convinced it was TA's but checked codes with ISTA today and only seeing 2B0D (002B0D). Is this for sure the ICV, or could it be the brake booster sensor, or still TA's maybe? TA's were replaced about 15-20k ago so doubt it's that.

Every thread I've read so far people get other codes along with it, like 2B57 or 2714.

Also, when the car isn't in Limp Mode it drives better than it ever has before. Shifts are less janky, like as if the revs aren't dropping as much allowing for smoother clutch engagement. Could the ICV have been going bad all this time?

Car has 87k on it.

So this problem seems to have resolved itself. Haven't gotten a CEL or gone into Limp Mode since posting this.

I did notice I was near empty when this was happening. I've been having the idle fluctuations after fill ups associated with a bad Fuel Breather Valve. Maybe it was that all along? We all know these cars love throwing Red Herring Codes...
