No airbag stickers and they are cloth to match the headliner and not vinyl like the OE ones.

Such an under-rated mod, seems trivial but transforms the interior...IMO. I bought mine used before I realized there was a difference between the E90/91 and the E92 versions (the former being a a little longer) so if anyone wants to buy these, I'll trade my E92 versions for these correct ones.
