Dct transmission stuck in gear

My vehicle has 104k miles. The transmission is leaking from the pan and after hitting some backroads, right before i stopped completely to get gas the car shifted into neutral putting itself in the parking mode. Tried to cut the car on and it kept clicking. Once i engaged the neutral safety switch, the car would then start wgen i tried but it would shoot out forward. I know its definitely stuck in gear. Bmw dealer is quoting me a clutch for 9k lol. Anyone think it just needs a transmission service and relearn procedure?

Technician drove it apparently and said it was slipping through all gears. I know these dcts act up with low fluid

They have not shared them with me. But one code ive had for acwhile that they told me to not worry about was for a jammed solenoid valve.
