FS: 2008 E92 M3 Black/Red DCT 94k NYC

I'm selling my M3 after getting a good 8 years out of it. Looking for a quick sale and I'll be as transparent as I can be about the car's history, service records, and modifications. This wasn't a daily driver. It’s been garaged here in NYC, only taken out to visit family out in the suburbs. This has been the most reliable car I've owned by a long shot - and I can only think of one ride to the shop on a flat bed during my entire ownership, and that was for a cracked rim...

First off would be basic info:

2008 E92 M3
Clean lien-free title
3rd owner (i have contact with the second owner and should have records from both)
94,9xx miles
Jerez black (almost blue) with red interior
Carbon fiber roof
Comfort access
GTS wheels (rough condition)
Remus Race Exhaust - loud (I have the original muffler in storage if needed)
KW V3 suspension (I have the original suspension in storage if needed)
Oneighty Modified OEM Headlights - blackout with angel eyes
LCI taillights
Custom made steering wheel and paddles
Carbon leather interior trim
Front bumper not drilled - license plate is on a track
Rod bearings done by 2nd owner at autocouture motoring in NJ
New brakes/rotors fall of 2024
Oil @ 92k

And i'll dive into some details to make sure you know what you're getting into:

-paint absolutely needs correction and polish
-needs tires
-the wheels are curbed and the drivers front side has some noticeable warping but still holds air
-i had a transient service engine soon light a few months ago - no limp mode - cleared it and it hasn't come back
-tire pressure sensors don't work - permanent tire light that i havent coded out
-there is a subwoofer in the trunk for better or worse....can have it taken out beforehand. sometimes cuts out.
-carplay unit (with reverse cam) is installed behind the CCC headunit; the CCC box is still in place and can be reactivated by connecting an included cable
-the felt/plastic undercarriage under the front bumper is torn up - part of having the car so low to the ground in the city - I recommend a metal skid plate to be installed
- 2or3 damage reports on carfax - all were no fault claims just to get some body work done after getting dented while parked, low speed love taps, etc. All work done by Martino Auto Concepts out on LI. essentially paint jobs and new front bumper/fenders.
- there are no primary cats - the car passes inspection regardless. aftermarket cats were placed after the test pipes in order to attenuate the sound a bit. again no problems with NY state emissions inspection (1 monitor not ready).

Pricing
I would take 20k, firm. This is one of the good ones, engine-wise and trim-wise, and it really has proven its reliability.

I'll leave the car as is and include whichever stock parts you need. I can really only meet with buyers who are ready to go; I'm working 80 hour weeks and really looking for a smooth, quick transaction. Title is clean and ready to be transferred. I'm located in the Bronx right off the Throggs Neck bridge but could do a weekend meet-up in the area or on Long Island/Westchester if really needed.
