White smoke coming from exhaust

I checked valve cover , pcv , did head gasket test , no milky oil , no bubbling resivoir , engine does not over heat . White smoke only comes out when I rev it not on start up. A lot of condensation at tip of exhaust but doesn’t look like oil or coolant when I touch it and doesn’t smell like any of those either .
