Do88 Radiator
So I’m putting in the Do88 radiator and it’s such an easy install. The thing that blows me away is my two year old coolant in a 270,XXX mile car looks new still. I was expecting to see some cloudy dark coolant but it’s clear blue still. Not bad baby!

Any particular reason you went with the d088 over the oem radiator?
Looking to replace mine soon due to age |

Do88 is nice for its extra volume.
However, the last two we've installed have had major QC problems. Both new out of the box. One had a mounting boss welded in the wrong place preventing it from seating in the tray, the other had 1" of weld that completely missed the seam and leaked severely on filling. We had to fix both defects. Their quality isn't what it used to be. Let us know how your installation goes! |

Several owners here have seen QC issues with new Do88 coolers recently too. Notably oil coolers where the hose couplings were just 1-2mm off and just enough to cause leaks.

I rarely get to track but it’s commonly hot in socal when I have, so I wanted an upgrade. A few guys I’ve talked to at track days love them and they came highly recommended. I’m also not a fan of plastics in radiator construction.

Great results especially with triple digit heat in SoCal recently, even in stop-go traffic conditions. Temps remain stable in more 'extreme' conditions...overall believe more favorable for engine and maybe a bit more performance consistency.
