Remove OEM power seat rails?

Trying to remove the power seat rails from the OEM seat to install Brey-Kraus adapters and I can't figure out how to get the rear loose. There's a torx screw on the outside and and 19mm nut on the inside. Are these the right ones to be taking off? Do they both need to be turned at the same time? I've tried just the torx and just the nut, and neither will budge. There's not a lot of room to get on the nut and I'm afraid it's going to strip. The fronts came right off, but the rears are a PITA.

use the torx to hold it still. its a tough nut to crack. i used an impact gun to get the 19mm nut off. i know it seems counterintuitive when the nut has such a small lip, but a quick jolt knocked it loose. if you play games and try to be gentle, you'll round off the edges of that flat nut from the socket slipping off.
