Rough dct shifts

I have an issue with rough shifting I cant find out.

The car is an E87 with s65, ess625 supercharger kit and 7 speed dct.

The problem is when I shift from 2-3, 4-5 and 6-7 gear. Its like the eninge rev up a little bit just when its shifting so it feels very rough. I have changed the clutch pack with no luck, adaption done, new oil, new software from alpinemss and still the same. I did speak with ess to check if maybe a software update on the dme would help but they said they didnt have any updated software for it, so now im clueless

I had an e92 m3 dct previously which was smooth so I know this is not shifting as it should.
