N52 Help!

I’ve just bought a 2009 December model 323i e90 (note that this is in Australia) and I have a few questions

First being the intake manifold does my car already have the 3 stage or if not what specific car will I need to take one from to fit my n52b25 ive read all over the place some people say only the 2006 323i doesn’t have it and the rest do i hear another guy say that there’s no difference between a 323 and a 325 except a tume

I’m looking into hp upgrades for this car so please let me know what are some mods I can add to this car as I’m keen to get what I can out of it

Please no buy a 335i I bought this car for a steal and will work with what I’ve got for now
