Looking for a BMW 330i or 330e

Hi, I am currently in the market for a 330i or a 330e but I am having trouble deciding which is best for me. Until recently I was leaning more towards the 330e side, until I heard that the real world milage isn't really much better than that of a 330i.

I have a hybrid working schedule and need to travel 3hrs to London for work every other week. I stay in London for 2-3 days before driving 3hrs back home. While in London the downside to having a 330e is that I wont have easy charging point but while at home I will. My main cause for concern is how a 330e will fair on that commute for work.

I would like to know the real world economy of both cars, particularly on the motorway. If any owners of either a 330i or 330e have any insight that they could share I would greatly appreciate it.

Also this would be my first rear wheel drive car, so I would be gratefully for any insight or tips any drivers have experienced while driving either of these cars. Particularly in wet and slippery conditions.
