Evolve Throttle Actuators feedback

Hello everyone,

The time has come for one of my original throttle actuators to fail. The car never had them changed (2011 - 123.000 kms so far) and their time has come.

I am just wondering if any of you guys has had any experience with the upgraded / refurbished ones from Evolve.
I have the Eventuri intake, made by them, which is great and I know they love their E9x M3s, but I was curious to know if anyone has had any experience with their TAs.

Definitely the price with the exchange against the old ones (+ lifetime warranty) is much better than what BMW offers for OEM ones.

I doubt they actually have their own rebuild service for actuators. They are likely reselling Jason’s - rebuild dot org do uk actuators.

If you are in Europe there is no reason not to buy direct, any reseller will just add a commission on top.

I keep hearing his name but never knew who he was

Also, does Jason offer the lifetime warranty ?
Evolve are chargin 750euros for a pair (after returning the old ones).

Jason is the one who offers the lifetime warranty.

Simply google rebuild the actuators :-)
Don’t think the forums allow posting direct links to non vendors.
Jason is the only one offering the warranty, all other company’s just resell his actuators with a commission on top.

Bought from them back in 2021 and been running with no issues ever since.
