ECUWorx

Recently I used the ECUWorx binary modification software to do a cold start delete and it worked great. But I wonder if anyone has used the AReeve Performance remap or tune which is part of the binary mod tool at a cost of 275 pounds. I am not able to find any reviews on it although I see AReeve have quite a good reputation in the UK. Does anyone have any experience?

I just flashed my car yesterday after putting in a new x pipe with race cats. I also purchased his Gts dct tune. Don’t have many miles on it yet, but first impressions are good!

You pruchased whose GTS DCT tune? The AReeves? And was that seperately, or through the ECUWorx tool? Price? Thanks!

Ecuworx has a 100$ dct tune you purchase separately from the other items.

I also purchased the areeve tune and am thoroughly impressed so far. Has to be one of the cheaper ways of getting a full performance tune, transmission software and coding capabilities but performs very well!

Previously I had a guy do the 241 update together with the GTS DCT flash. So when I did the cold start delete it was from a full read of 241 loaded into the binary mod tool. It all went quite smooth and I used a Bimmergeeks cable.

That’s good to know. I am completely stock and just looking for a bit more torque and smoother power, better driving I guess. I spend too much time in traffic unfortunately

Well I decided to go ahead and bought the tune/remap from ECUWORX (AReeve) using his binary mod tool and mss6x flasher I flashed my DME and I am impressed. It runs smoother at low revs which means it pulls away cleaner and runs around at low speed in low gears very nicely. Also you can feel more power and more response when you open the taps. It seems to pull much harder after 3000 rpm. Good value for money

I’d agree
I also went from stock to an x pipe with race cats and an axel back when I did this tune and the performance difference feels signficant

Seems this remap works well with stock and modified cars. So we are two happy bunnies 😊
