Are coolant hose o-rings replaceable?
Hello, I’m adding a ess supercharger but in the process I noticed the overflow hose from the bottom of the coolant reservoir is slightly weeping where it connects to the aluminum line in front of the water pump area.
Do I have to replace the entire hose or is there a part number for an o ring that’s serviceable at the connection to the aluminum line? Thanks so much in advance! |

I’m not sure if there is an O-ring in there, but I just replaced the belt for my Ess supercharger and was moving the coolant res and that hose around a good amount and noticed small drips of coolant coming out.
Curious what you find out.

The heater return pipes that go INTO the block have o-rings, I’ve replaced mine before.
The heater return hose does have an o-ring, but I believe it’s part of the actual hose; like a pre inserted one into the hose on the inside. Again, I don’t THINK it has one that can be bought and believe they intended for it to be either a multi use or to just replace the entire hose. Someone else chime in though and double check my work. -Duke |
